Autologous fat is a biomaterial whose potency is only now slowly becoming apparent. Based on the findings of Dr. Coleman from the USA and the BEAULI™ method , Dr. Nikolaus Linde has modified the technique to such an extent that excellent permanent results can be achieved.
The removed fat contains not only fat cells, but also a large number of multipotent stem cells. This refers to body cells that have not yet specialized in a tissue structure (such as nerve cells, bone cells, etc.), but can take on any cell function; for example, stem cells in the face become connective tissue cells and produce collagen.
It is important that the fat is harvested gently: The BEAULI™ method is a method that handles the highly sensitive fatty tissue extremely gently and processes it in such a way that as many stem cells as possible remain intact.
Autologous fat is injected at a different site immediately after removal. In principle, it does not matter from which area of the body the fat is harvested; the most popular areas are the inside of the knees, the stomach and the waist (love handles).
