Cellulite develops through a complex interaction of various factors: weakened connective tissue, fatty tissue, hormonal influences, circulatory issues and structural changes in the skin. For this reason, a single treatment method is often not sufficient to achieve optimal results. Modern cellulite therapies therefore use intelligent combinations of several procedures that address different causes simultaneously.
At LIPOCLINIC, we take a holistic approach. After a detailed analysis of the skin structure, fat distribution and connective tissue, we develop an individual treatment plan for each patient, tailored to her needs, wishes and budget. The aim is to achieve the most effective treatment possible with visible and long-lasting results.
Many successful treatment programmes begin with therapies that improve circulation and activate the tissue. Endermologie (LPG) has proven particularly effective in this context – a mechanical suction and roller massage that stimulates lymphatic flow, improves skin structure and activates metabolism within the tissue.
Carboxytherapy can be used as a complementary treatment. Medical CO₂ is introduced into the tissue to improve microcirculation and increase the oxygen supply to the skin. In combination with mesotherapy, in which vitamins, enzymes and active ingredients are introduced specifically into the skin, the connective tissue can be further strengthened and skin quality improved.
A key factor in cellulite is the loss of collagen and elasticity in the connective tissue. Modern collagen stimulators such as Radiesse or Sculptra stimulate the body's own collagen production and can therefore improve the skin structure over the long term.
The combination of these biostimulators with energy-based procedures such as HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) is particularly effective. The targeted heat stimulates deeper layers of the skin and leads to tissue tightening. In Brazil, this combination is already used as a particularly effective method for treating lax connective tissue.
Morpheus8, a combination of radiofrequency energy and microneedling, can also significantly improve the skin structure. Controlled heat in the deeper layers of the skin stimulates new collagen formation and tightens the tissue. In combination with collagen stimulators, we offer this treatment as Cellu supercharged.
In pronounced cellulite, so-called connective tissue septa often play an important role – small fibrous bands that pull the skin inwards and cause the typical dimples. Procedures such as Cellfina or Gold Incision specifically target and release these structures, which can significantly smooth the skin surface.
Another option is the use of PDO threads as part of a so-called 3D mesolift. These fine threads stimulate collagen production and improve tissue firmness.
In some areas, cellulite can also develop due to a loss of volume and tissue stability. In these cases, autologous fat treatments or biostimulators such as Sculptra or Radiesse can help restore volume and improve the skin structure.
Experience shows that combining several modern procedures achieves the best results. While some methods tighten the skin, others improve circulation, stimulate collagen or address the structural causes of cellulite.
For this reason, at LIPOCLINIC we develop an individual treatment concept for each patient based on a careful examination. Our aim is to achieve visible improvements using the latest and most effective methods – with treatments that are both medically appropriate and effective in the long term.
