Cellfina

The Cellfina treatment involves cutting the connective tissue fibers that are responsible for the large, deep dimples in grade 3 cellulite. The ideal treatment areas are the deep dimples on the buttocks and thighs, and the treatment only needs to be carried out once.

In a first step, the tissue is desensitized with a local anesthetic, after which the connective tissue fibres are cut with the small blades. The result is partially visible immediately after the treatment, and is usually fully visible from the 3rd day. As the strands cannot form again once they have been cut, the results are permanent. The treatment takes 45 to 90 minutes and does not involve any downtime; you can leave the practice immediately afterwards and go about your daily activities

Cost: The costs vary depending on the area affected and the extent of the dents, which can extend or shorten the treatment time. They range from CHF 2500.00 to CHF 4000.00. The result is permanent because the severed fibers cannot grow back together.

In certain cases, the dents are so deep that the Cellfina concept alone does not achieve a satisfactory result because the dents must also be filled. In these cases, we combine the Cellfina concept with autologous fat or one of the tissue activators Sculptra or Radiesse. The additional costs depend on the amount of work involved and start at CHF 1200.00.
