If you primarily consume the foods that match your genes, you will lose weight without having to starve yourself. This concept is valid for a lifetime, because genes never change – a "yo-yo" effect is therefore impossible. The Gene Diet according to Dr. Linde is a personalized concept that focuses on optimizing the metabolism. In collaboration with the Progenom laboratory, after 4-6 weeks you will receive an individual, personalized book in which virtually all everyday foods are evaluated for their compatibility with the gene pattern.

All this is included in Dr. Linde's gene-based nutrition concept:

• a comprehensive manual including an evaluation of genes and their impact on nutrition
• almost all common foods are tested and evaluated based on the gene analysis
• over 800 recipe recommendations based on your gene profile (available online, printed out for an additional fee)
• rough information about the type of sport (endurance vs. strength training) that is suitable for you

In addition to nutrition, there are additional options for genetic analysis:

• Everyone has genetically determined certain "weak points" that lead to diseases such as diabetes, cancer, etc. It is known that certain foods can delay or even prevent the onset of such genetically pre-programmed diseases. On request, the foods can also be tested to determine how healthy they are for you.
• On request, personalized pellets with trace elements and vitamins can be produced based on your genetic analysis to provide you with an optimal daily supply of all these nutrients.
• On request, your ideal sports profile can be created based on your genes, with detailed training suggestions.

The Gene Diet is that simple

We take a swab from your oral mucosa, this sample is sent to the laboratory and after 4-6 weeks you will receive your individual nutritional concept. Please understand the rather long processing time, but the analysis of your genes is complex and requires strict scientific steps. You will have to come to the practice twice in total: The first time for the swab test and the second time once the analysis arrives at the practice. During the second visit, we will explain to you exactly how the analysis book is structured and answer any questions you may have. You will also be shown how to access the online portal during this visit.
