We take a swab from your oral mucosa, this sample is sent to the laboratory and after 4-6 weeks you will receive your individual nutritional concept. Please understand the rather long processing time, but the analysis of your genes is complex and requires strict scientific steps. You will have to come to the practice twice in total: The first time for the swab en/test and the second time as soon as the analysis arrives at the practice. During the second visit, we will explain to you exactly how the analysis book is structured and answer any questions you may have. You will also be shown how to access the online portal during this visit.
