GoldIncision is a modern, minimally invasive treatment for cellulite that was developed in Brazil and is now considered one of the most innovative techniques for improving skin texture. The treatment addresses the root cause of cellulite by targeting the fibrous connective tissue bands (fibrous septae) that pull the skin downward, creating the characteristic uneven appearance on the buttocks, thighs and hips.

During the GoldIncision procedure, these fibrous bands are carefully released using a specialised microcannula (subcision). This reduces the tension beneath the skin, allowing the surface to appear smoother. In the same treatment, collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra or Radiesse are injected to stimulate new collagen production and gradually improve skin firmness. The treatment is further enhanced by radiofrequency microneedling (e.g. Morpheus8), which improves skin quality, promotes collagen remodelling and strengthens the connective tissue.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia on an outpatient basis and usually takes less than one hour. Key benefits include a visible reduction of cellulite dimples, smoother skin texture and minimal downtime.
